How does it work?

What are the system (computer) requirements?

Ages 4 - 10: Windows 7/Vista/XP or Macintosh OSX and an internet connection.
Ages 8 - adult: Windows 7/Vista/XP and an internet connection.

Do I need a piano keyboard?
Yes. Specifically, you need a MIDI piano keyboard (a digital keyboard that connects to your computer via a USB cable or a ‘MIDI to USB’ adapter). For quality and value, we recommend the M-Audio KeyRig 49. However any MIDI keyboard will work.

How will I receive the 7-day Trial?
You will be granted access to all the software via email.

How do I sign-up for the Monthly Subscription?
Do nothing. The 7-day Free Trial upgrades automatically to the Monthly Subscription ($12.95/month) unless you cancel before the 7-day period ends.

Can I sign-up without a credit card?
Sorry, not at this time. A valid VISA or MasterCard payment method is required. Once your credit card has been validated (charged $0.01), you will granted access to all the trial software via email.

When am I charged for my Monthly Subscription?
PLEASE NOTE: Your first Monthly Subscription automatically begins 7-days after the trial period ends. The second charge is on the same calender day of the next month and each subsequent month until your Monthly Subscription is canceled.

Example: If your 7-day Trial began on March-10, and you don’t cancel your account, on March-17 your credit card will be charged $12.95. On April-17, the $12.95 will be charged again and subsequently each month until your Monthly Subscription is canceled.

Can I receive a refund if I cancel my Monthly Subscription mid-month?
Software access continues for the full-month you have paid for. There are no refunds for cancelling mid-month.

How do I cancel my subscription?
